작가소개
1957년 충남 보령에서 태어났다. 1974년 큰형님 친구 분이 옻칠가게를 운영하면서 차린 공장에 취업하면서 옻칠과의 인연이 시작되었다. 처음 시작은 생계를 위한 것이었지만 점차 옻칠이 좋아졌고 이제는 뗄래야 뗄 수 없는 관계가 되었다. 30년 넘게 다른 곳에 한 눈 팔지않고 옻칠세계를 걸어가고 있다.
